How do I change my username?
To change your username, email our service team at service@Vida180.com. Provide your full name and the email address you used when you registered. Also, state your preferred username and at least one alternative option in case it’s already taken.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellation is a breeze! We intentionally made it easy to remove any concerns you might have about signing up. You have 30 days to cancel your membership within the first 30 days. After that 30 days, you are either in a 3-, 6- or 12-month period and must cancel prior to the period ending to prevent renewal. You can cancel by contacting Customer Service at service@vida180.com or go to Account Settings when you log in.
Can I take a break from my membership?
If you don’t want to cancel, you can take a break of up to 30 days. During this time, you will not be charged a membership fee. If you’re temporarily suspending your diet or going on vacation, for example, this option may make sense.
How does Vida180 protect data?
We comply with the latest online security protocols and pledge to keep all personal data 100% confidential. While we do not share personal data with third parties, we may share and analyze anonymous data internally for market research purposes.
How do I reactivate my account?
We are unable to reactivate accounts. However, you are welcome to rejoin Vida180 via a new username and password.
How to Print Your Shopping List
To print your shopping list on your computer, go to the hamburger icon (the three lines on the top of the screen) and select “shopping list.”
Select the time period for which you want to print the shopping list.
Press the “print shopping list” button.
